How to say: this really matters to me

I’ve worked with two Michelle’s recently – both outstanding communicators – and it reminded me of one of those gestures which means so much. We do it naturally when we chat with friends… and then forget it when we present. Unless we are as impressive as the Michelles … and, of course, the original @michelleobama
