CPT Workshop Series - Pt 1: Sharing + Listening to the Needs + Experiences of CW Workers
Welcome to Center for Practice Transformation’s (CPT) 4-Part Workshop Series: Tending Our Garden, Cultivating Resilient Roots. The series begins with a ‘Listening Session.’ We want to hear from you! During this facilitated conversation and exploration, we invite you to share your experiences and concerns around compassion fatigue, burnout, and self-care. This interactive webinar also provides an opportunity for you to connect with and hear from fellow child welfare workers across the state of Minnesota. We will use your input to inform the development of future webinars and resources.
