Kelly here, Today we will be Doing a Tutorial on How to Build the Triangle Deck for the Capo Squonker. Always practice safe building by Makeing sure you clear an area, and get ready.
Before we Get started, There are some Safety Features I would like to review.
Always use Ceramic Tweezers when you build.
Never power your Atomizer without the Coils in the Deck.
Have a clean work area, and Always be aware of your surroundings, as hot oil is a possibility.
To get started you’ll need the Deck, the Screw driver in the box, a pair of Ceramic tip tweezers, cotton, and the coils for the build.
This is the Deck Guide to help you follow along. It is label ABCD for you to understand HOW TO BUILD .

Place the coil into the holes labeled B and D first. Then tighten down the screws on top of the coil.

Apply power to the coil by pressing the fire button a few times to ramp up the heat. If your coil is heating through evening you have successfully placed your first coil correctly.

Now lets do the same thing for the other two holes, place the coil into the A and C slots then tighten down with your screw driver. You want to make sure they your coils are LEVEL and EVEN to ensure you have a Even flow of Current through the coils.
You can see that I have one side slightly higher than the other. You can use your screw driver to make adjusts as necessary but DO NOT PRESS THE FIRE BUTTON at that TIME. You will short your device.
After you have made your adjustments you are looking for a even display of heat starting from the MIDDLE of your coil and then working its way out.

Now onto the Cotton. You want to make sure that you have enough cotton to soak up the juice in the well of the deck. Roll the cotton from the outside in. Once you’ve rolled it into a very symmetrical circle. you want to make sure that the tip of your cotton inserts into the hole without it getting bunched up on one side. You should be able to put the cotton through the holes with ease.

Once your cotton is evenly in the coils it’s time to cut off the access cotton. You can use any pair of scissors to do so. BUT MAKE SURE NOT TO CUT OFF TO MUCH COTTON or you risk burning your Cotton to fast. So cut off about a coil size over your deck edges. Use Tweezers to put the tips of your cotton under your coils to soak up the juice from the squonk.
Make sure you apply a juice that you Love because your going to be using the juice in your Squonk Bottle.
Congratulations guys you’ve successfully just built your First TRIANGLE DECK on the CAPO SQUONK!
