Fraudsters Jacob Wohl / Jack Burkman hold claim "hunger strike" as they face criminal & civil cases

In October 2020, Jack Burkman and his ally, Jacob Wohl, were charged in Ohio with felony telecommunications fraud and seven counts of felony bribery for allegedly using robocalls to deter voting in minority communities. They face 18 years and six months each in prison.

The pair additionally face lawsuits from the New York Attorney General and FCC.

Last week, they released a press statement claiming Burkman had gone on a "hunger strike" and "lost more than 65 pounds and all his hair" and announced a press conference.

This weekend, a video on YouTube appeared to show Burkman wearing a bald cap.

On Monday, after the press conference was scheduled to occur, Wohl admitted to Burkman wearing a bald cap.

He later came back outside, and began complaining about deplatforming, and the cases against them.

Finally, about an hour late, Jacob opened the door, revealing Burkman in a wheelchair and apparently pretending to be delirious while wearing a blanket and a hood over a visible, full head of hair.
