Here's my NYC room 🤓 I'm currently living in Downtown Manhattan/Financial District/Battery Park (I still don't know what to call it lol) with 3 other roommates. I was hesitant to include the price in this video but I think it shows how much rent has gone down in the city and I know it's helpful for those searching for an apartment. I love my lil space and I'm so happy to share this video :)
