TODAY'S RECIPE IS Potato Samosa Recipe | Potato Patisapta Samosa | Aloo Snacks Recipe | Yummy

INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black cumin 1/2 tsp
Water as needed
Smooth dough
Rest for 10 mins
Boiled potato 2 medium size
Onion 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Green chilli 2 pieces
Parsley 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Roll the dough
Potato stuffing
Apply water
Seal well
Fry until golden brown medium flame

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
