Overall Introduction
The hydraulic lifting system is specially developed and designed for Oil Storage Tank Construction. It is suitable for steel tank construction with construction method “from top to bottom”. With advanced technology, the module design is introduced in this system, so as to make the whole system convenient for installation, easy to operation, and with reliable quality.
During the application, the oil cylinders could be lifted separately or intensively. They are suitable for assisting the welding of steel tanks with different capacities. The hydraulic lifting system is able to work with automatic tank welding machines both internally & externally.
When first jacking, the lifting height is 0-2800mm, adjust to specific height considering from the convenience for on-site construction. It takes around 20-25min to lift to 2800mm height.
Considering from safety, the hydraulic oil cylinders need to fall down together with tank body before getting off work.

1. Unique design, more suitable for application of automatic welding machine. It matches with our specialized top-to-bottom girth welding machine to realize automatic welding of inside girth seam.
2. It can keep continuous lifting and easy to operate. Continuous lifting capability improves tank construction efficiency.
3. Synchronism controlling is PLC supervised, if the system lifts not synchronized , can be adjusted manually to ensure synchronism and the whole lifting process is stable. The structural characteristics of loose hook jack determines its own excellent self-locking, the tank or heavy objects will not fall down because of power outages, in this way, the whole hydraulic lifting process is safe and reliable.
4. Modularized design ensures all jacks invested can work for different diameter tank, greatly reduce any possible waste.
5. Standard oil cylinder stroke is 2800mm, all work is done in the first shell height. It is very safe.
6. The lifting efficiency is high. For example, if shell height is 2.6m, it takes 15-20mins to lift the shell to the proper position.
7. Construction quality can be guaranteed. Because of adjustable (micro drop) functions of the loose hook jack, the hoisting height can be controlled more precisely. For the above-mentioned reasons, tank construction quality can be guaranteed.
8. Short duration, low cost, good economic returns. Because of the high degree modernization of complete sets of equipment and fast lifting speed, the construction costs is low and economic performance is excellent.
9. Cylinder is the basic part of our jacks, it is double tele type, also has adjustable stay. The adjustable stay can be moved away after welding for the outside girth seam is completed. Automatic inside girth seam welding machine can work with no block or interference after the cylinder is adjusted at the lowest position.
10. Floating roof can be made at the same when the tank body is erected. It can save time.
