Monthly updates related to personal finance in Oct 2020

There have been a lot of changes in #healthinsurance policy guidelines from 1st Oct 2020 to make them more inclusive and less complicated. Uncovered ailments like mental illness, stress, psychological disorders, etc would now be covered under health insurance policies. Telemedicine would now be covered under health insurance policies. Waiting period for lifestyle diseases like diabetes is now reduced to 90 days. Tax Collected At Source on remittances above Rs 7 lakhs would also be applicable from 1st Oct 2020.
