The reason of the sun doesn't go out.
The sun does not go out because what you see here is not fire; although it seems so at first glance, this is not fire, it is plasma.
Plasma is the fourth state of matter in which atoms have broken apart and lost their electron shell, producing ionized matter. The plasma is generated in the sun’s core due to nuclear fusion.
Nuclear fusion occurs when two atoms fuse to create a new one. In the sun, millions of tons of hydrogen fuse every second, creating helium; every time two hydrogen atoms fuse, they create a helium atom and, in the process, lose energy in the form of photons of light and radiation; this radiation is what produces the plasma that comes to the surface and what we see from the earth is that a vast ocean of hyper hot plasma.
