Diamond Virgin Hair Company please do not even try to comment on this video!!!!!!!!! Someone at your company told my client that a manager would call her back as soon as possible. She had to call your company four times to speak with a manager. The manager "Antonio" stated that your company does not send out different wave patterns to customers and here is the proof. I also contacted your company that same day and sent pictures of what I received. I thought three business days was more than enough time for your company to respond back to my email that included pictures of her hair. I guess your company does not care about customer service!!! This video was not made to bash your company but to show Youtube about your customer service...JUST WHORE-RID-ABLE! Next time to try at least contact someone back about a problem like this especially if they spent $780 on YOUR PRODUCTS!
