Conan, the hero dog who was part of the raid that killed the leader of ISIS, made a trip to the White House for an appearance with President Trump, Vice President Pence and First Lady Melania Trump. Conan traveled there with a military handler, who was dressed in civilian clothes. Since news of the dog’s heroic actions during the mission were made public, the Belgian Malinois breed has grown in popularity. But experts warn that the dogs have their challenges as civilian pets.
