This recipe is perfect if you're running low / out of your moisturizer or curl cream! I use it as both a moisturizer and a curl cream and it works great on my hair! You can substitute the oils or just use one oil, the choice is yours! The vitamin E oil and or essential oil is optional. Use one, both or none! Have fun with the recipe! Bottled aloe gel contains a polymer called carbomer, which is why you won’t need an emulsifier to mix the oil and the gel together. Due to the fact that fresh aloe gel doesn’t have this ingredient, it cannot be used to make this recipe.
