In this video, I give a brief summary of Psycho-Cybernetics, its origin and how I used it in my past in order to learn different things that I felt were way out of my comfort zone in a very short amount of time.

Dr. Maxwell Maltz the creator of this technology is the grandfather of the self-help industry as we know it today and his pioneering work is found in all of the various other self-help guru's that are out there today. His discovery that the person we believe ourselves to be on the inside is a reflection of what is happening on the outside. So by changing the way we see ourselves on the inside we can become the person we want to become on the outside.

Psycho-cybernetics is a way of seeing yourself as already achieved what it is that you desire and by the repetition of those ideas in the third and first person. You are able to become the person you wish to become because the mind does not know the difference between what is physically real and what is imagined.
