How to convert .APP to .PKG

Packaging Basics (.PKG vs .DMG vs .APP)
.PKG (Installer Package): Standard installer for macOS. Can contain software, scripts, or settings.

.DMG (Disk Image): V A mountable disk image commonly used for distributing software. V Contains the app file (usually a drag-and-drop install).

.App (Application): · A .app file is a directory (folder) with a specific structure that macOS recognizes as an application. · It contains application's executable file(s), icons, resources like images and sounds, and other necessary components.

How to convert .DMG to .PKG

1.Mount the DMG: Double-click the .dmg file to mount it, making its contents accessible.
2.Locate the Applicatiol. mnd the .app file within the mounted DMG and copy it to the Applications folder on your Mac.
3.Open Terminal: Launch the Terminal application.
4.Use product build: Execute the above mentioned command in the terminal
