It wasn't always my dream to be an Orthodontist. It was a dream that grew on me and I'm blessed to love my career. Yet, becoming an orthodontist was not easy and definitely not a straight path.

I have been getting a lot of messages lately from people being discouraged about their chances of achieving their dreams. This is my attempt to let you know that going for your dreams is never a straight journey.

I had so many ups and downs I can't even tell you. I still go through highs and lows but that doesn't stop me from going for my goals.

So to answer your questions. Yes, you can get into dental school even if you have a bad year. Yes, you can get into dental school even if you don't have the right finances. Yes, you can become an orthodontist even if you aren't the top of your class.

There are so many ways of achieving your dream but the most important part is having a dream and never giving up. Now go get it! #orthodontist #becomeanorthodontist
