Low Fat Vegan No Oil Dr. McDougall Rice Pudding EASY!

I always get people wanting to know where I baking dishes are from. I bought them off of QVC and the brand name is Temp-tations.

We ended up eating it all!! It is so good. You can add what ever nut or dried fruit you want. I tend to want to keep this simple. It is creamy and delicious. We like it both warm and cold. You can find this recipe in The New McDougall Cookbook on page 367.

Ingredients:
2 cups cooked brown rice. (I used 1 C short grain brown rice cooked in 1 3/4 C of water for 40 min.
3/4 C soy milk
3/4 C water
1/2 to 1 C raisins
2 T maple syrup
1 t vanilla extract
2 t cinnamon

Bake at 375 for 45 min.
