🎉 Just finished another incredible Crisis Conversations course! 🎉

I’m here at The Chellington Centre, having just wrapped up our third Crisis Conversations course.

From Sunday evening to Wednesday, we’ve worked with an amazing group of people from all sorts of backgrounds, sharing skills they can take into their everyday conversations—whether that’s at work, with friends, or at home.

One of the biggest takeaways I’ve heard today is how much truly listening can change the way we communicate.

That moment when it all clicks—the realisation that difficult conversations are happening around us all the time, and that by understanding how emotions influence our responses, we can handle them so much better.

We’ve already had requests for an advanced course, which is exciting to hear!
