How to make Flancocho or Flancake

Hi and welcome back! Today I made for you my version of Flancocho, or flancake.
Ingredients:
For the flan
4 eggs
1 12 oz can evaporated milk
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
For the cake:
1 cup sifted cake flour
3 eggs
1 stick unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
For the caramel:
1 1/3 cup sugar
