Today is a lower body giant set workout so be ready to stay moving together! This workout consists of two giant sets of 6 lower body exercises and that we will perform for 30, 45, and 60 seconds at a time (30 seconds in round one, 45 seconds in round two, and 60 seconds in round 3). You will see me pushing you to challenge yourself in new variations of these strength exercises and working to get your heart rate up too!
I used anywhere from my 15 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.
I also used my bench for glute bridge exercises and split squats. Grab your bench if you have one so we can crush it together!
The exercises:
1. Goblet Squat and Half
2. Reverse Lunges
3. Lateral Lunge Glider
4. Glute Bridge
5. Glute Bridge Abduction
6. Glute Bridge Hold and Calf Raise
7. Forward Lunges
8. Romanian Deadlifts
9. Squat Jumps
10. Squat Walks
11. Split Squat to deadlift right
12. Split Squat to deadlift left
