Kodak Dye-Sublimation Printer
Kodak EasyShare Printer Dock Plus dye-sub printer printing a photo. Yellow, magenta, blue, then clear coat. Dye-sub printers use "ink" stored on clear plastic film, with the same area of film needed for each colour of each photo. Unused "ink" actually forms a negative of the printed image, so if you get hold of a used cassette, you can see what has been printed.
