How to bake chicken in the oven

Place chicken pieces in a big bowl and add 1 tbs of salt and vinegar. Cover with water and allow chicken to soak for 30 minutes to an hour.

Rinse well afterwards

Season chicken with seasoning salt, Adobo seasoning, onion powder, and pepper (parsley flakes are optional)
