The stigma surrounding mental health is still a barrier in 2025, often preventing people from seeking the support they need.
In our latest fireside chat ‘Supporting mental health across borders,’ Dr. Oliver Suendermann, VP of Clinical Health at Intellect and Adithya Rao, Director of Total Operations at Multiplier, shares how companies, especially managers, can shape healthier work cultures.
