How Interleukin-2 Helps Treat Autoimmune Disease
Dr. Daniel Campbell, director of the Center for Fundamental Immunology at Benaroya Research Institute at Virginia Mason (BRI), shares his exciting research into developing a human made Interleukin-2 (IL-2). IL-2 is a cytokine that plays a key role in regulating an immune response. Dr. Campbell presented this research for the virtual research showcase during the 2020 Illuminations Luncheon to benefit BRI.
