A business mistake you don't want to make

You feeling this too? 😡 Lousy customer service is all around us! People slow to reply to emails, not following up, companies dropping the ball - it's everywhere. I know staffing issues stemming from the pandemic are at the crux of it, so what can you do as a small business owner? We make it a policy to reply to clients within 24 hours, even if we don't have an answer to a question, we let them know we are working on it. I can't tell you how many businesses that fail to provide good service now, will struggle terribly as the economy continues on a downward spiral for the unforeseeable future. 🤦🏻‍♀️If you are a small business owner, don't let this be you!
