Professor Sheila The Baroness Hollins FRCPsych, FRCPCH, FRCP (hon), is a crossbench life peer in the House of Lords where she recently sponsored the Down Syndrome Act and successfully amended the Health and Care Act 2022 to introduce mandatory training in health and care staff in learning disability and autism.
