On July 6, 2022, the U.S. Department of Education (the “Department”) released its much anticipated proposal for revising its Borrower Defense to Repayment (“BDR”) rule. We invite you to join us for a special, 2-hour webinar on July 29, 2022, during which we will discuss the rule in detail, highlight significant changes, and suggest opportunities for public comment.
