🇺🇸 Air Force Active Duty, Reserves & Guard - Pros and Cons

Why did I decide to transition from Air Force Active-Duty to Air Force Reserves after 10 years of service? Why do I plan to finish out the remaining 10 years of my service in the Reserves and not remain in Active-Duty? In this video, I explain the differences between Active-Duty, Reserves and the Guard and what some of the pro's and cons are of each service component. I have served 8.5 years of my enlistment under the Active-Duty component and will transition into the IMA Reserves program once I hit my 10-year service commitment.
