Standing on one leg. The foot of the standing leg is spreading on the floor. Keep the standing foot as quite as you can, meaning not shaking from side to side. Move the pelvis in many different directions. The video is suggesting several option.The hip joints should be extremely mobile. In the video I keep my legs tensed about 50%. It is my choise in order to generate sensation I like.
