Dillon's First Coaching Session (With Interactions)

This video shows Dillon's first session on the Fluid Social Transformation Course. Dillon gets going with some of his first approaches, and we discuss the ability to lead an interaction, take control, and allow their to be pauses during the conversation. These are some of the most common mistakes, and the most important areas of your social skills to fix. Allowing the other person to contribute to the interaction is essential for chemistry to form. When you find yourself doing all the talking - thinking you have to 'keep the conversation going' - its time to close your mouth, and let there be silence. There may be some tension, but this is important in establishing connection with another. If you are always talking, its like trying to concentrate whilst listening to an episode of Love Island on 1.5x speed... Not a pleasant experience... Blessings.
