Confetti Collage Quilt Tutorial

Confetti quilts were born out of a desire for zero waste in quilting. These quilts are made from all scrap material. Fussy cut pieces to make an ISpy wall hanging, or layer scraps in color order to make a rainbow. The sky is the limit!
