Smoked Honey Sage Chicken

This recipe is such a powerhouse of flavour, making it a strong contender for my last meal! It is a two day cook, so not a spur of the moment thing. Day one is making a simple brine, and day two the bird takes center stage on the@yodersmokers– not actually a lot of work to this one.

I'm late to the sage party – haven't cooked with it a whole lot before other than putting it inside a turkey for Christmas, but that all ends now. The combination of the sage and honey, plus the smoke takes it over the top.
