105 cm x 105 cm (41.25" x 41.25") max format ink jet spot UV coater, with Heidelberg Speedmaster 102 feed head, inline foiling unit, and automated stacker. This video shows a 640mm x 900mm (25" x 35 1/2") sheet with 100 micron varnish application, at 18 m/min (60' per min) or 1700 SPH. This configuration can also be manufactured with 105 laminator for laminating, in-line ink jet spot UV, with in-line foiling.
