How to Identify a Tesla featuring Autopilot 2.0

How can you tell a Tesla with hardware 2 from a "classic" Tesla? Here are 3 things you should be looking for.

Starting October 2016 Tesla has been equipping all new cars with hardware 2. This new hardware enables "enhanced autopilot" (also known as autopilot 2.0) which will eventually lead to level 5 autonomy. This is a full self-driving car which requires no human input, whatsoever.

According to NHTSA, Teslas with autosteer already have a 40% lower crash rate, and level 5 autonomy is expected to further reduce the risk of having an accident in a Tesla.
