A Time before Death, the Kotturuh (News on TimeLord Victorious)

This is an update video to the Time Lord Victorious story line that is unfolding at the end of the year over a few weeks over a multi-platform narrative.
I plan to follow as much of this as I can when its out but for now some more plot details have been released concerning the launch of two new books as the first parts of this puzzle.
