'System Doesn't Get TOUGH on People | Civil Servants FAKING Office Attendance

A new investigation claims some civil servants are exploiting hybrid working rules by faking office attendance—briefly logging in or connecting to office systems remotely before heading home.

Insiders say managers have “no control” over remote staff who are “taking advantage,” with senior figures dubbing the practice “drive-by logins.”

Ian Collins is joined by Ameer Kotecha, CEO of the Centre for Government Reform, to discuss this.
