With the back kick being one of my favorite kicks

The rechamber is the retraction of your leg after making contact with the kick. I love trying to apply 2Xs the speed and emphasis on the retraction in specific practice. Our weakest moments of a kick/attack is while we are striking & when we are recovering to stance from the kick. The faster you retract back into a stable stance the safer you probably are! Osu!
