Harzer Schmalspurbahnen Part 1: Wernigerode - Drei Annen Hohne, September 2019

Having spent the night in Wernigerode, the penultimate day of my summer 2019 trip was spent exploring the lines of the Harzer Schmalspurbahnen. Arriving at Wernigerode station, we have a short while before our train is due to arrive so we take a look around the station and locomotive depot. With our train arriving we jump on board the 1155 departure from Wernigerode to Eisfelder Talmuhle, part 1 taking us through the suburbs of Wernigerode and on upwards towards Drei Annen Hohne.
