This is the Frosted Winter mod, made by Pistukas This mod is a total conversion mod that does a complete overhaul of Liberty City, set 1 year after the events of GTA III and you play as Joey Leone, betrayed by Toni Ciprani and Joey has to fight his way to the top to claim his right as the Don.

This is the ultimate mod which has the additions from various total conversion mods made at the time like Liberty City: Twenty Ten, Snow Mod, Original Frosted Winter to name a few which can be downloaded from the GTAForms here:
