Ashes of Creation Investors Are Now FIGHTING The Board™️

In this video, we’re going to cover the legal declarations made by former Intrepid Studios executives/directors Bryan Langford, Jacob Beucler and Jason Zimmerman along with three other Ashes of Creation investors who are in support of former Intrepid Studios CEO Steven Sharif's side of the story on how Intrepid Studios REALLY collapsed.

Details include a Board that seemed dead set on not willing to pay PTO or other forms of compensation for employee layoffs, a private jet trip to Cabo after layoff decisions were made and allegations of threats of physical violence and financial coercion committed by the Board against Steven and the Intrepid Studios directors.

A lot of the statements could be taken as hearsay in the court. Even after reviewing the unusual 400 paged motion for expediting a receiver, Judge Linda Lopez seemed more annoyed and again ruled against Steven Sharif and his legal representation for a 4th time stating that even an Article 9 foreclosure at this point - so long as it's handled correctly - would be fine and that both parties should meet in person or via video conference to compromise.
