How to Paint Decorative Corn in Watercolor/Pen & Ink-Craft for Thanksgiving

Today we are going to paint a lovely fall themed picture of decorative corn. We begin by lightly sketching with pencils then detailing with india ink (or any waterproof ink, you can even use a fine tip Sharpie) Then we follow up with watercolor washes.

Supplies:
Waterproof pens (I used Pitt artist pens in Sepia)
pencil and white eraser
watercolor paper (I used 1 140# Strathmore greeting card)
Watercolor paint in the following colors:
Yellow Ochre
Cadmium red
ultramarine blue
mauve
cadmium yellow
And a #10 round brush.
