Subnil launches its new-look SL300sm tube filling & packaging line

The SL300sm consists of the CONDOR 300s tube-filler & the MERLIN 300XC horizontal cartoner, and produces 300 tubes/min., guaranteed, for a 20 g product.

Besides a few important changes at the technology level, the one which draws attention is the aesthetics. This SL300sm line is completely see-through with polycarbonate guards, fitted on modular frames on both upper and lower areas.

As is always the case with Subnil machines, this one too has a lot of frills. In the CONDOR 300s tube-filler, rejection of un-oriented and non-filled tubes is done at a station before the regular ejector. Other non-compliances too, like wrong tube, illegible printing (by laser printer) and missing cap are rejected here. Tubes transferred to the cartoner downstream are held back and diverted for collection, when the cartoner is down.

Majorly servo-controlled, the newest SL300sm is equipped to allow for OEE monitoring besides providing reminders for periodic replacement of spares, based on usage. The line meets safety standards like CE and UL and also follows global FDA norms.

The line can be connected downstream to our bundler OSPREY 30 or to other modes of packaging which the customer may plan after cartoning.
