Andrew Bradley: Creator of Mrs. Betty Bowers

Andrew Bradley is the creator and sole writer for “Mrs. Betty Bowers, America’s Best Christian ™” both a character and an award-winning eponymous web series. He has written or co-written three books (What Would Betty Do, White House Handbook and Welcome to Jesusland!) on two topics he was told never to talk about: religion and politics. He also served as one of the lead writers on LandoverBaptist.org, a spoof of fundamentalism.

“You never run out of material, particularly with the incarnation of evangelicalism right now in America,” Bradley says on the show. “The hypocrisy is just so off the charts. It’s fun to spoof it; it’s almost effortless.”
