Difference Between New & Old Style Interlake Pallet Rack

This material handling video was created to help people understand the differences and similarities between New Style and Old Teardrop Style Interlake warehouse industrial pallet racks.

As shown in the video, Josh shows the New Style Interlake Frame with square key holes, and the Teardrop design which is considered the Old Style. Interlake makes one style beam, and that is the shape pin or the "lugs", which will work with either style. If you have beams with the round pin, that only works with the Old Style Teardrop design. Next time you are in your warehouse, you should be able to identify between the New, and Old Style frames.
