How to make woodruff syrup

This week is another traditional spring recipe. If you don't have woodruff in your garden and your local farmer's market doesn't have it, it grows wild in forests in moderate climates.

Please remember to forage sustainably. Check local laws and endangered species lists, never take more than a small fraction of what you find and most important of all: Make double and triple sure you know what you're taking is edible! Should go without saying, but take care of yourself.
