what i eat in a day!

hello everyone !! here is the very requested what i eat in a day + a lengthy speech about food that u did not ask for! (but please stay till the end if you're confused why i eat this way now lol). here are some things that i eat in a typical day! do u want more of these? thank u for watching and i luv u so much xx

- mastering diabetes: https://www.masteringdiabetes.org
- oat clusters (from Well Your World)
Preheat oven to 350
Mix and set aside: 1 Tbsp Ground Flax and 2 Tbsp Water
Blend in food processor:
1 Banana
4 Dates (pitted)
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Add flax mixture to food processor and blend
Add mixture to 1 cup rolled oats
Form into balls and flatten on parchment covered cookie sheet
Bake 30 minutes (15 minutes each side)
- hummus
Mix in food processor:
1 398ml (14 oz) can chickpeas
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
3 Cloves Garlic
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Veg broth as needed for desired consistency
Dressing
- dressing
Blend in blender (makes many servings):
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
2 -3 Medjool dates
