How to season a Molcajete

Before you use a new Molcajete you have to season it. This is my method, it will take about 2hrs in total. I did 2 cycles of grinding down rice & salt than rinsed off dust in sink than grinded down fresh garlic smearing garlic oil around inside bowl & outside let sit for molcajete to absorb oil than place in oven or Weber grill for about 30mins at about 375°-400°
