Draft and Sew your very own Dickie with this easy sewing tutorial

Learn how to draft your very own Dickie from only two simple body measurements! A Dickie is the perfect accessory to layer under jumpers and dresses to add details to an outfit, or provide modesty when needed. They give the illusion of a full shirt below, without the add bulk or warmth of multiple layers.

In this video i will show you how to draft the full sewing pattern of your dickie step by step and then how to construct it. I will also show you how to fix common errors when sewing a shirt collar.

This is a great sewing pattern to use up fabric scraps in your sewing stash, and add colour to your warbrobe.
