Kenyan running star Geoffrey Kamworor set an incredible half marathon world record this morning in Copenhagen Denmark with his time of 58:01

Copenhagen Half Marathon 2019 NEW WORLD RECORD!
His run breaks the previous half marathon world record of 58:18 by fellow Kenyan Abraham Kiptum which was set in Valencia Spain October 28th of 2018.

If he can dial in his marathon tactics, he certainly has a shot at the podium in the Tokyo Olympics 2020. Could he even beat Eliud Kipchoge....?
