Covid update: German vaccine’s immune response; Wuhan flight cases; MHA meet

From German biotech CureVac’s Covid-19 vaccine’s response to Indians testing positive on Wuhan flight, here are the top updates on the coronavirus pandemic. CureVac’s Covid-19 vaccine CVnCoV triggered immune response on humans in early trials. The German biotech plans to test its vaccine on 30,000 participants by the end of 2020. Meanwhile, 19 Indians tested positive on a flight that landed in China’s Wuhan from New Delhi. Out of 277, 39 were also suspected to be “potentially asymptomatic”. Also, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) held a meeting to discuss rising cases in Delhi. MHA said cases in Delhi are rising due to the festive season and people’s laxity in following Covid-19 norms.
