In this Video i show how to find Comparables in any Market using Propsteam. The purpose of running comps is to see what houses have sold for after the rehab has been completed and it has been fully renovated giving us the After Repair Value of a property.

To find ARV
Add the total PPSF of your comparables and multiply it by the Sqft of your prospect property.
